"Though she be but little, she is fierce!" This timeless quote from Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" encapsulates the essence of a remarkable individual who defies expectations with her strength and determination. Despite her small stature, she possesses an indomitable spirit and a fierce determination that radiates through every aspect of her being, and her impact transcends physical size.

A dance-packed gathering raises funds for dancers' care
"Dance for Life," a performance and benefit supporting Chicago’s dance community, returned to the Auditorium Theatre on Aug. 19. The 32nd annual fundraiser, presented by Chicago Dancers United, brought together a dozen dance companies that donated their time and efforts for a common cause: raising funds for The Dancers’ Fund, an initiative that provides financial support for preventive health care and critical medical needs to Chicago dance industry professionals.
